We're a big family with pets. EVA did a great home cleaning job. Also we don't need to refill the water and clean the dust very often, that's really amazing.
Cleaning is perfect and I would give 5*, but:
Since the last update, I'm not able to change settings in cleaning time and language. Since then it only speaks chinese to me.
Are you using the Mijia app? If yes, please check if the plugin version number is 44 in more settings? If it is 44, it is a problem of incompatibility between the new firmware and the version. In the next two days, we will publish the plug-in version No. 71 to solve this problem.
In order to work normally now, we can downgrade the firmware version for you first (ie use the previous firmware version). Please share your device with Xiaomi account ID: 1333889810, then tell me your Xiaomi account ID, we will push the previous version of the firmware for you.
Before I purchase the product, I'm still wondering if EVA can keep every corner clean or not.
After I receive the product, I find EVA works excellent, I don't need to worry about cleaning job anymore. It performs perfect for entire home and also we don't need to deal the dust and refill the water during short time period.
BTW, the customer service job is excellent as well.
