EVE Plus Dust bag

I received my order at least 2 weeks after placing my order, the link to track the number of the package being in Chinese I could not track my package as i don't understand a word of chinese.... when I received it, the bag was not ok but still can passed on my robot, the brush was not the right one or even the brooms, so either I placed a wrong order or there was a mistake, I do not know how to return my order and get my money back. I found it difficult to know what model my machine is as it is not noted on my robot and I could not find any customer service number to help me... I think it's crazy that the pieces change from one model to another... Also, while waiting to receive my replacement pieces I turned off my robot for more than 2 weeks and since then my robot doesn't work properly, it works for 5 minutes and then suddenly shuts off for no reason or it says it's discharged when the battery notes that it's at 85%. Once again I don't know who to contact to have my robot repaired. I've only had it for 1 year so I'm very disappointed by the service which is complicated... I would like to be contacted to have my robot repaired.
